PET POLICY

Pets on Furniture

  • Pets are not permitted on furniture, including sofas, chairs, beds, and other upholstered items, to prevent damage and maintain hygiene.
  • If a pet has difficulty adhering to this rule, use protective coverings on all furniture to prevent damage and excessive pet hair accumulation.

Leaving Pets Unattended

  • When leaving a pet unattended within the property, secure the pet in a crate, kennel, or a designated area with appropriate boundaries (e.g., using pet gates).

Unforeseen Damage and Cleaning

  • A second $150 cleaning fee will be charged if any additional cleaning is required after hosting your pets. This includes excessive hair left on the furniture or in the beds, any gifts are left behind from the pets (poo, pee, vomit), etc. Our cleaning crew will document these rare events with photos that we will include if we have to charge this fee.
  • In the extra rare event that an animal causes excessive damage, the guest will be responsible for fixing or replacing anything damaged by their pet. Any instances that should fall into this category will be reviewed case by case .
